There’s an app for that…. California sues Delta Airlines over app privacy policy

APPAccording to the IDG news service the California attorny general sued Delta Airlines because it didn’t include a privacy policy in the airlines mobile application. Delta flyers manage bookings with the app but it also collects the person’s name, phone number email address, birthday and more. Delta could be fined $2,500 for each download.
